Mooi ingericht huis, grote leefruimte, zalige sauna en hottub! Perfecte ligging voor bezoek aan bv. West Vleteren of in Flanders Fields. Sympathieke eigenaars!

Absolutely wonderful stay here, I did a lot of research to find THE place for my short 'me time' break and this didn't disappoint. I had the luxury of the whole place to myself which was very indulgent, and I locked the door and enjoyed the tranquil still environment and relaxed and recharged for 2 days. It was clean and beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing, beds were comfortable and I cant remember sleeping so well, Chantal was very very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back but might allow my kids this time!

Everything at the Maison Marie was perfect for a relaxed weekend. It is set in a beautiful location and it has everything you need to have the best time. The accommodation was modern and well finished with satellite tv. Chantal and Peter are the most kind hosts and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Chantal brought round breakfast each morning -fresh eggs, bread and other treats and on Easter Sunday even provided easter eggs for everyone. The attention to detail is clear and it made every aspect of the stay that much more special. We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend Maison Marie to anyone.

Ik kan over deze plaats nu eens niets negatiefs verzinnen . Alles wat je in de vorige recensies leest klopt :-) Geweldige regio, mooie en perfect afgewerkte woning, prima ontbijt, sauna is mooi meegenomen , toffe gastheer/dame en zo kan ik bezig blijven... Ik kom hier zeker terug !

We spendeerden ons Valtentijnsweekend bij deze supervriendelijke hosts, met bovendien zeer duidelijke en behulpzame communicatie. Je hebt er alles en toch de rust van even buiten de stad te zitten. Heel goede sauna (helaas was het iets te koud voor de Hottub), ruime en mooi ingerichte benedenverdieping, Netflix, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, lekker ontbijtje met alles erop en eraan. Poperinge zelf is ook een gezellig stadje waar interessante musea te bezichtigen zijn. In de omgeving kun je een gevarieerd programma bijeen plannen: van Trappisteabdijen en kleine brouwerijen, leuke restaurantjes en pubs in de buurt over een uitstapje naar Frankrijk of de Belgische kust tot natuurlijk het oorlogstoerisme vlakbij. Aanrader!! Hun nieuwe "luxurious staying", waar we alvast een rondleiding kregen, ligt recht in het centrum van de stad en wordt zeker ook een toppertje! Bedankt Chantal en Peter!
